Hm, it turned out pretty good I took it while I was high on painkillers (for back problems, don't worry haha ) Guess it improved my photography skizzles

Let's face it. Cats are common photography subjects, but the way you've captured this feline is superb! I like the fact that most of the cat's body is hidden, making it look as if it's peeking out from behind the tree, as if it's up to some mischief (super adorable!!) And it's expression is priceless, as if it's caught in the act.
I also like the way you've balanced this picture; the cat is focused and you can see the details in incredible sharpness, while the foreground and the background stays blurred. The foreground and the cat is of darker colors (and the trees are sort of shadowy) while the background is bright, warm and sunny. And did I mention how mesmerizing the cat's eyes are? Wonderful details and contrast.
I've compared this pic to the original, and I must say it's a job well done indeed, as you hadn't had to do much post processing to this image. And that, my friend is one of the things that makes this photo a gem.
If I had to complain, well it'd be about the lone stray twig in the foreground :/ It's kinda distracting, but not by much, so don't worry too much about it!
